ABOUT US
Water Sports in Tuscany since 2013
At Rockonda, our passion for river sports moved up a gear in 2013 when we found the perfect location between Garfagnana, the Apennines and the Apuan mountains, in the Lima Valley
We fell in love with rafting in Tuscany in this beautiful, unspoilt (and quite secret) location. Since then we’ve been working hard to provide you with fun and exciting activities and adventures!

Our commitment to the environment
The Lima torrent is so special because it is still a wild and unspoilt location. We want to keep it that way, and we are meticulous about protecting the environmentCleaning the river
Together with other sports associations, we collaborate with the river protection authorities to maintain the delicate eco-system of the river. We take part in reporting and cleaning activities to remove pollution sources and ensuring that the river is safe and environmentally healthy. Keeping the river healthy is a top priority – we spend a great deal of time here and we love the area. This collaboration in Tuscany, between a Rafting organisation and the River Protection Authority, is the first of its kind on a national level. We’d like to share our experience as a pilot project with other regions in Italy.
